Refund policy

At JIA Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on non-personalised items. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that personalised items (such as initial necklaces and bracelets) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we will cover the cost.
